Welcome to EVERÉ by June Florist. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Handcrafted Nature
Our preserved floral arrangements are handcrafted using natural floral materials. As flowers are natural products, variations in colour, size, shape, texture and arrangement may occur. Product images are for reference, and minor variations are not considered defects.
Product Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to availability. Where a particular flower, decorative material, packaging or accessory is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of similar style, colour, quality and value while maintaining the overall design and character of the arrangement.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable circumstances. Where payment has already been made for an order that we are unable to fulfil, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once preparation, production or delivery has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delivery dates and time periods are subject to availability and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
Returns, Refunds & Product Issues
Returns, refunds, replacements and product-related concerns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Preserved Flower Care
Preserved flowers do not require watering. Customers should keep preserved flowers away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, water and extreme heat. The appearance and longevity of preserved flowers may vary depending on storage and environmental conditions.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and designs, belongs to EVERÉ by June Florist or is used with permission. Such content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant order.
